Who am I?

Hi there! I’m Lindsey, a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in beginner-intermediate fitness levels. I want to help you level up through personalized, progressive strength training routines and simple additions to your lifestyle and habits.

I offer one-on-one private in-studio training so that you feel comfortable and confident on your journey.

I don’t leave you to do it alone. When working with me, I’ll be there to take you through the workout, and I’ll follow up to hold you accountable outside of the studio.

I’ve worked with people of all different stages in their fitness journey. I’m here to support you, not shame you.
